This apartment is only available for seasonal rentals (from 11 days to 10 months). To comply with regulations, a seasonal rental may not be used for tourism (holidays) and the reason for the stay must be "purpose-specific".

Unless by prior arrangement, normal check-in time is from 16.00 hours with check-out time at 10.00 hours.
Smoking and/or vaping is not allowed inside the property or anywhere outside within the property's boundary.
If your property is part of a community you must agree to respect the rules of the community at all times. Particularly this applies to use of the pool area and other activities that may affect the enjoyment of other members – whether guests or residents – of the community.

Pets are not allowed unless expressly agreed by the owner and the property management team.
Payment of a reservation deposit will be requested on your acceptance of the booking. This will be held as a security-damages deposit and returned to in full, subject to any deductions.
